Aphrodisiacs



Cardamom:
Traditional medicine lists cardamom as a powerful aphrodisiac that can help with erectile dysfunction and impotence.

Honey and Cinnamon:
Impotency and Sex Boost: Add one teaspoon of the herb in to 300 ml hot water. Leave it for 15 minutes to cool down. Add one tablespoon of raw, manuka or organic honey. Drink half of it before breakfast and the remaining half before going to bed.
