Vegan Chocolate Spread

Ingredients:
1 Cup Hazelnuts
1/4 Cup Maple, Agave, or Honey
1 tsp Vanilla (Pure Vanilla Extract)
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
3 tsp Oil (Coconut)
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
Pinch Salt

In a food processor, blend nuts until they begin to form a paste.*
Add coconut oil, and continue blending until it starts getting smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy and spreadable.

*Roast the hazelnuts at 350 F for about 8-10 minutes until they slightly darken and become fragrant. Remove the skins by rolling inside a tea towel or by placing them in a mesh bag used for lemons or limes.
